How and when do I pay?
After the ride. Card, Zelle, Venmo or cash — whatever suits you. No deposit is required to hold a reservation, and nothing is charged if you cancel in time.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight from the number you give us and move the pickup automatically. There is no waiting fee for airline delays. Domestic arrivals get 60 minutes of free wait time after landing, international 90.
Can I cancel?
Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours we ask for half the fare, since the time is held for you and turned away from others.
Is the price really flat?
Yes. The quote includes tolls, airport fees, parking, fuel and bottled water, and it doesn't change with traffic or demand. The only additions are extras you ask for on the day, like an unplanned second stop — and we tell you the cost before we make it.
Are you licensed and insured?
We operate under a CPUC TCP permit as a charter-party carrier, carry a full commercial policy, and hold the airport permits required to pick up at LAX and SNA. Certificates are available on request.
Why does an airport pickup cost more than a drop-off?
They aren't the same job. Taking you to LAX is one drive with no waiting. Collecting you means driving out empty, parking, watching your flight and waiting at baggage claim — often two hours of work before you're in the car.
How many passengers and bags fit?
Three passengers comfortably, with three large cases. For a larger party or a full luggage load we run a second vehicle with a chauffeur we've worked alongside for years, quoted the same way.
Do you provide child seats?
We don't carry them. California law requires a seat for children under 8, so please bring your own — we'll help install it, at no charge for the extra minutes.
